Experience:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Furnace operation preferably Electric Arc furnace experience / Hot metal Industry / shift handling experience

Reports to: Production Manager

Department: Production

Job Purpose: Mechanical Plant and Equipment maintenance, Shutdown and breakdown repairs

Key Accountabilities & Work Outputs:

Shall ensure equipment availability for plant operations

Shall take all steps for preventive maintenance

Shall coordinate with process and electrical team for planning online or offline repairs under stringent safety conditions

Will not expose self or subordinates to any kind of risks during online repairs

Will perform electrical power OFF procedures duly laid before performing maintenance on any electrically operated mechanical equipment

Must follow safe work procedures and maintain detail records of maintenance duration as well as cost incurred for maintenance in liaison with Process team.

Should be able to guide and develop the local team to perform their duties to ISO standards

Must prepare daily report and maintain consumables / tools / tackles and material stock

Key Performance Indicators

Effective activity coordination for startup with cordon area clearance before refinery erection

Reporting to GM during startup and Refinery erection activities

Managing Safety & Environment cleanliness

Timely charge preparation for furnace feed during general shift hours to fulfil 24 hrs operation

Key Strengths Required for the Position:

Manpower management

Knowledge of Charge preparation / Arc furnace operation / basic Mechanical

Knowledge of emergency procedures in hot metal industry

Person specific requirements:

Physically mobile, for access to all production environments

Ability to learn local languages

Able to manage local manpower for effective work output.

Qualification: BE Production /Metallurgy

Experience: Minimum 8 years’ of which at least 4 years in middle management position.

Nonferrous Metal industry experience a must.

Knowledge and operation of Electric Arc furnace mandatory.

Job Purpose: To assist in production of Tin and Ta/Nb with given technology comprising of Electric Arc furnace, Refining Unit and Ta Separation Unit and consistently ensure quality production output as per set targets.

Job Responsibility:

To provide assistance in the jobs for production.

Prepare daily and monthly production reports with operation details.

To set the duty roaster for the employees including leave planning for expats and local.

To ensure manpower availability for every shift and solve any discrepancies in shift.

To provide solutions to shift in charge wherever necessary and arrange for required consumables/ resources/safety PPE’s for shift operations.

To ensure safe working conditions and safe practices at shop floor aiming zero accident.

Reporting to the General Manager, Downstream Operations. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for the day to day commercial operations of a Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant.

Responsibilities:

·         Establish, Follow and Develop a significant portfolio of clients in specific geographical zones. Prepare quotations for clients, detect their needs and formulate satisfying strategies in coordination with the Management. Monitor and manage a full system of safety indoor and outdoor environments. Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality delivery at the right time in safety condition and suggesting corrective measures if necessary. Survey and study the market, get to know risk factors and competition while searching for new clients and prospective ones. Produce a daily or weekly report to the Management. Manage a team of distributors and follow up their performance and accuracy, team meeting. Maintain and visit the clients regularly and follow up the consumption of the client. Analyze financial results with the Management. Suggest and participate in implementing new strategies. Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing clients. Coordinate with the advertising companies for advertisement, promotional items and marketing tools. Handle vacations, attendance, performance and commissions of the team. Credit control.
