·         Detailed computerized field reports & permanent record keeping

·         Crop budgeting & planning

·         Provide personal consultation with customers as needed

·         Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office software, email, internet, spreadsheets

Role & Responsibilities

·         Assistant camp security manager, will assist and replace if necessary the camp security manager.

·         In direct link with the Department Heads on site for everything concerning security on a 100 square KMs site in order to ensure maximum efficacy of the security systems and procedures in place whilst supporting the mining operations

·         Allocate clearly and precisely the role and responsibilities of the security supervisors and guards on a daily basis follow up, control and support all activities of the supervisors.

·         Monitor the effectiveness of measures adopted by visits and audits of security measures protocols and procedures in place adapt and update them according to changing risk factors.

·         Write, send incident reports and follow up on corrective or disciplinary actions taken by the different departments.

·         Insure compliance by all employees and contractors on site with security and company internal rules and regulations, policies and procedures with timely written reports on all infringements.

·         Facilitate research, reporting and treatment of risks and / or malfunctions.

·         In consultation with the Security Manager, assist and advise the employer on internal and external threats.
