Requirements:
Manufacturing / Metal and Mining Industries only. Should have worked in corporate role. No HR Generalist role for this position.
Experience required:
• Experience in HR with relevant experience in the areas of OD including workforce planning, Org restructuring etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in HR Strategy or HR Technology
• Demonstrated experience in executing Workload Analysis and manpower planning
• Experience in Organization Design and change management
Critical Expertise or Skills required Experience in imparting Training (Technical & Behavioural, ISO Implementation)
• Organized and Managed – HR Analytics for the Group
• Employee Engagement
