Mode of assessment: Written Test - Telephonic Interview - In-Person interview

 

Skills required:

Have a good grasp over grammar and sentence construction

Ability to research in-depth and analyse the information to write original, plagiarism-free copy

Be able to write long and short articles with equal flair

Know how to write catchy headlines, taglines and social media copy

Be meticulous and detail-oriented with attention to deadlines

Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Adapt to new information quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Have a Mass Media Communications/English Lit/Journalism background

 

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload

Adept at creating different content formats for marketing materials, websites and other media, including blogs, social media posts, snippets, articles, infographics, etc.

Research topics in-depth and articulate with clarity

Ability to create content that is formal, casual and fits in between the two to meet client objectives
