Job description:

New Medium Pressure Boiler to be commissioned up to August 2021. Required specialized manpower for operator boiler. Boiler- 20 TPH with 12.5 Bar Pressure.

Take complete control on Boiler- Operation & Maintenance with Steam & Water quality .

Boiler Operator II License or higher

Must be from Mechanical Background- Diploma (8-10 years exp). 

Have Exp.  With min 20 TPH Medium Pressure Boiler (Max. 12.5 Bar), with Diesel fired boiler.

Demonstrate mechanical aptitude of equipment and how to properly maintain plant equipment and systems.

Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay those instructions to subordinate employees and other person on subsequent shifts.

Sufficient physical strength, ability, dexterity, vision and hearing to perform all duties of this position.

Must demonstrate initiative and be able to work with assist. supervision

Must be able to analyze plant operations and offer suggestions to improve operational efficiency.

Must be able to perform and evaluate water analysis tests and determine the proper water treatment required for efficient boiler operation.

Ability to read and interpret all the various instruments in the plant and make equipment adjustments as required.

Make Daily checklist for equipment & PM schedule.

Maintain a Boiler Operator II License or higher level of certification.

 Sound knowledge for Steam Piping & related fittings & valves.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to shoulder level and exhibit the dexterity to work in awkward positions. The ability to lift, pull, push or work on uneven surfaces is required.

Sound knowledge for Pump maintenance & boiler yearly inspection & testing.

Make Shift schedule for operator & maintenance technician.

Must ensure plant and equipment is maintained in a clean and serviceable condition. Make spare planning & on job spare availability.

Ensure reliable operational records are maintained and recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant

Superior knowledge of the operating principles of equipment and machinery used in the boiler.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and supervisors.
