Location: Central Africa

 

Experience: 10+ years

 

Education: Diploma / ITI

Job Description:

Avoid majors break downs & Avoid sudden brake down & Reduce the repair cost . 

Understanding of all activities in Garage & Make plan for preventive maintenance & running brake downs & make predictive plane for all type of machinery & trucks.

He should have hands on experience for major overhauling engine, transmission, gear box, & Axles.

Should make predictive maintenance plan for all vehicles & machines.

Able to (learn to) speak English, Hindi and Swahili.

Should do Troubleshoot hydraulic & electrical problems.

Should handle the national mechanic team or division

Should make the parts planning & follow up.

Lead the team like leader & training the national mechanics.

Should educate national mechanics with knowledge.

Must have good experience in machinery, like Excavator {50 to 75 ton capacity must know working principal & System operation of the engine, hydraulic, electrical side & etc.}, Dozers {like cat or komatsu}, Grader, wheel loader & heavy dumpers etc..

Must do paperwork like job card creates & close.

Must work with time bond on the circumstance.

Must know how to make parts planning for Preventive maintenance, Brake down & Predictive plan.

Ability to understand work circumstance & follow team or lead team with national mechanics

Ability to understand work urgency & support at any time & any cost.
