JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee day-to-day sales,
monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
Achieving growth and hitting
sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Setting individual sales
targets with the sales team.
Stay up-to-date on current
market trends
Tracking sales goals and
reporting results as necessary
Managing recruiting,
objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives.
Update and maintain
continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities
and prospect status.
Designing and implementing a
strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s
strong presence
Build and promote strong,
long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs
Present sales, revenue and
expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Conduct account maintenance,
inquiry calls, outside sales calls, qualification calls, concierge visits, site
visits and varied sales activities.
Identify emerging markets and
market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Developing your sales team
through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and
products.
Implementing new sales plans
and advertising
Staying current in the
industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops,
reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
