Job
Purpose: Stores and Inventory Management
1.
Handling of Stores /Materials management for Projects i.e. all
receipt, preservation, Issues, Reconciliation etc.
2.
Handling of all Materials receipt i.e. Bulk Materials, reagents,
chemicals, Eng. Materials and Project equipment’s etc.
3.
Overall Controlling of all item Issues to the end users/plant i.e.
for Bulk Materials, spares, Reagents, Chemicals, Eng. items.
4.
Overall responsible for preservation of all Materials
5.
Overall responsible for Manpower planning for stores i.e.
Allocation of Jobs etc within dept.
6.
Finished product Copper and Cobalt loading, reports etc.
7.
For finished product co-ordination with Logistics, Lab, Usoke for
Vehicle planning, Lab reports etc.
8.
Handling of Production Consumables (Monitoring from PR to
Consumptions)
9.
Co-ordinate with purchase, Logistics, Customs clearance dept. and
other departments for Stores related issues.
10.
Generation of various reports and forwarding to user departments
for info, daily material receipt, critical items list, inventory status,
monthly issue details, non-moving/slow moving item identification and reports.
Secondary
Responsibilities:

Coordination with our other depts./International
offices for various tracking & queries , follow ups & expediting
ordered items.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
·
To Train & supervise the subordinates to
maintain the stores department in a systematic & well planned way with
proper documentation & ethics.
Financial
Responsibilities:
Keeping the tracks of the good receipt, monthly
consumptions, inventory value etc.
