Senior Manager Sales - Africa

Job Description:

• Specify a policy including strategic plan for Sales & Marketing management
• Develop and adjust sales & marketing strategies to qualify for market trend, competitors and customers
• Develop management plan for both short term (1-3 years) and long term (3-5 years)
• Sale management and push sale team forward to the company goal/targets provided
• Build up company's reputation through marketing channel, public relation, media, CSR activities and etc.
• Build up sale knowledge management to be up-to-date and always satisfy with customer's need
• Be a backbone of the company to consult and suggest the way to solve a problem and report directly to undersigned

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate 20 days to travel in a month out of home town, total experience 10-15 years out of which 3-5 years of African experience must preferably in DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania or any French speaking country
• Working in sales & marketing portfolio in Central/Southern African region an advantage
• Language proficiency- French must and in addition Swahili referred
