To Effectively Plan and Execute Work at Site as per defined SOP'S, managing sub con-tractors and completion of site.

Candidate have experience in Residential and Industrial site supervising.

Preparing weekly Report of material, material shifted report & maintaining the stock of the material.

Maintenance of Assets at site: 1. Candidate should have min 5-8 years experience in Site Supervision and should have computer knowledge.

Candidate should be ready to relocate at DR Congo, Africa Location

Able to maintain assets and material.

Job Description:

Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues.

Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

Job description:

DGM will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop for the various vehicle maintenance and ensuring productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of overall department. It requires the job holder to co-ordinate resources and liaises with internal & external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to a quality standard as well as customer satisfaction.

The garage head will be responsible for all activities carried out the in department, viz.;

Implementing of systemized methodology of all work carried out in the garage.

Creating of data’s and history records of work done.

Controlling of cost at each level

Utilization of men-power and available resources.

Control supervisors activities

Liaising with managers at sites in order to adapt protocols and procedures
Allocation of manpower effectively over various assignment on daily basis

Ensuring the overall productivity of the workshop

Daily shift roster and manpower deployment

Ensuring time schedule for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all the vehicles

Attending the brake down of vehicles at site as and when required

Meet the monthly targets of work

Training new mechanics as and required

Hiring and garage supervisors, mechanics, drivers and other required workforce on need basis

Ensuring effective fuel consumption and efficiency of all the vehicles

Crane Mechanic - Mobile cranes

Location: DR Congo

Job Responsibility:

To make & Implement a preventive maintenance schedule for operating cranes in company.

Attend Break down maintenance if any Verify crane settings.
He shall be proficient in  Electromechanical settings and hydraulics of new generation mobile crane

Maximum utilization of crane thru timely preventive maintenance. Minimum breakdowns of crane.

Establish spare part and lub list for critical items

He will be a lead reporting to shift in charge and assisted by a dedicated helper and crane operators

Knowledge of crane operation which includes but not limited to Electromechanical and hydraulics.

He shall be expert in hydraulics with sound electromechanical knowledge of mobile cranes.

Mechanic with gulf experience of 3-4 years is preferred.
