Manager – Instrumentation - Central Africa

Engineering
Trouble Shooting, Maintenance and Hand on experience of
PCS-7 Siemens DCS.
Installation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of field
instruments like flow meters(Mass, electromagnetic, vortex, orifice), density
meters (Nucleonic Gauges), Ph meters, conductivity meters, smart transmitters,
control valves, on/off valves ,safety valves, pressure regulating valves,
VFD’s,UPS , weighing systems, packing machines etc.
Automation, Logic Development, Improvement & tunning of
new & existing control loops
Coordination with other departments for day to day shutdown
& maintenance activities.
Preparation of maintenance Budgets
Planning of upcoming projects. (Up gradation &
Installation of New DCS, Coal fired hot air gas project, CCTV installation)
ISO, HACCP & Legal & Statutory Compliance (status
report of nucleonic devices to AERB) documentations. Stamping of weighing
systems & License renewals
Ensuring proper implementation of calibration, validation
& maintenance schedules.
Perform Root cause Analysis (Why-Why analysis) of critical
problems & deviations
Procurement of Spares and specifications Finalization,
Inspection & Testing
Technical Bid evaluations, finalizations & negotiations.
Contractor work allocation & supervision
Participation in HAZOP’s and HAZID’s and implementation of
outcomes.
Initialization of CAPEX and tracking of all activities from
approval to completion
Hand on experience in SAP & CMMS (Computerized
Maintenance management System)
