Sales & Service Manager - Motor & Transformer

Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Motor and Transformer Sales and Service Manager to oversee our motor and transformer sales and service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability, and provide technical expertise in motor and transformer repairs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell, service, and repair high-tension (HT) motors and transformers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and operational issues
- Perform repairs, rewinding, overhauling, and testing
- Calibrate and balance HT motors for optimal performance
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments
- Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions
- Perform testing procedures (performance testing, vibration analysis, thermal imaging, load testing)
- Source quality parts and manage supply chains
- Guide clients through decision-making processes for repairs or replacements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, service, and repair of HT motors and transformers
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
- Strong understanding of industry standards and safety protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
