Job Description
Assisting site engineers at site to execute the daily site
activities
Execute the site activities as per safety and quality
standards
To maintain production activities (shuttering, carpaintry,
pilling, dwall) in order to achieve target production.
To execute work in accordance to the defined safety
procedures and guidelines relevant to his designated area in order to ensure a
safe work environment.
To ensure the safe and timely transportation of operators to
the worksite in order to ensure that work starts as scheduled on a daily basis.
Guide the operators, helpers, in carrying out all tasks that
have to be conducted
Produce work reports on a daily basis
Attend safety toolbox and environmental meetings
Hazard identification and execution of appropriate follow up
action

Responsible for Preventive & breakdown Maintenance,

Compression Moulding Machine, Air Compressors and Conveyers ETC.
Maintains activity records logs regarding equipment and its
repair, Daily reports, of Production and Breakdown Maintenance and Reasons.
Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, shift
Controlling and Responsible for Production Target as per Machine Capacity.
Responsible for identifying Consumables / Spares
requirements for all Production Machinery’s.
Ensure Safety & protection of Machinery’s.
Responsible for a corrective action plan to reduce the
breakdown.
Guide Maintenance technicians on day-to-day operations/challenges & train the Local people accordingly.
Responsible to coordinate for sharing at times of change
over in other production Lines.
Responsible & ensuring the safety of workers during
maintenance and work place.

· Candidate must have experience from Oil & Gas, drilling, Construction, Renewable Energy, Mining or similar
· Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all HSE related activities and policies within the site
· Experience of implementing and maintaining HSE systems across an Integrated Facilities Management business
· Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to federal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party HSE policies and procedures
· Performs post-incident investigations and communicates with the HSE Team and others until all action items have been closed
· Files HSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement
· Manage the HSES team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of HSE and governance in line with company policies and procedures.
· Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin HSE and operating standards
· Maintain a contract risk register, reviewing HSE risks and escalating where appropriate

· Develop Business Continuity Plans for all Service streams and participate in any table top or live exercises to test the plans.
· Monitor, audit and report on contract HSE performance and provide assurance Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
· Provide leadership to support the management of supply chains and compliance with HSE standards through ‘Point of Work Assessments’, audit and review of operating practice and systems.
· Ensure appropriate resources are provided to support a compliant business and to identify any systemic weaknesses.
· Robust knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation & best practice and appropriate industry specific qualifications (NEBOSH, Auditor Training)
