Job Role:

1. Responsible for Production in Detergent Powder & Liquid & Soap Lines during the shift.

a- Ensure machine availability for production

b- Maintain production report every hour at defined locations of machines

c- Record & maintain production and rejection for the shift

d- Responsible for corrective action plan for rejection & loses

e- Responsible for ensuring the availability of packing materials, lubricants & consumables at shift start-up itself.

2. Responsible for Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of whole line machineries.

3. Identify requirement of Spares & consumables required and submit requirement to your reporting officer with necessary details.

4. Responsible to reduce the down time in Production and change over.

5. Monitoring the availability of Manpower at their allocated area and improve the efficiency of the workforce.

6. Any incidents happened, to be brought to the notice to your reporting officers.

7. Maintain safety & housekeeping as per quality management system.

8. Take disciplinary actions if the workers fail to deliver the duties by informing Reporting officer.

9. Maintain log book, History cards, breakdown reports, spares used etc. in your daily reports

10. Without handing over the charge, you are not supposed to leave your machine or work area, Obtain, Permission from the reporting officer before leaving.

11. Follow the instructions as given by Reporting Officer.

12. Ensure to be aware of usage procedure of fire extinguisher.

13. It is expected to accept the shuffling of location of responsibility as needed.

14. Productivity improvement is key area.

 

Qualifications required:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / electrical).

B.Sc (Chemistry)

 

Language Proficiencies:

African - Swahili preferred. / English, Hindi.

 

Experience:

Minimum five plus years’ experience working on same field (African/ Abroad Preferred).

Medical Coordinator - Central Africa

Medical Coordinator

Educations: MBBS

Experience: 5+ years

Requirements:

• Management of existing team of doctors and nurses

• Scheduling rounds/rotation amongst all sites

• Daily/weekly patient follow-up report

• Management of basic lab setup

• To do CBCs, sugar testing, malaria, typhoid, and other basic/ common ailments

• Negotiating with clinics/ hospitals for Group rates along with Mining/ Group Admin Head

• Coordinating for when escalation is required for patients to be admitted or do a clinic visit

• Drafting and implementing any health-related policies (e.g., including escalation matrix, frequency of visits, what services can/ can't be provided by in-house team, etc.)

• Managing a medical budget along with a finance/ accounting team member

• Controlling costs while providing optimum services

• Managing procurement of medicines, etc. through Centralized Purchasing system

• Management of stock to ensure there is no theft or misuse

• Coordinating any implications with the Health, Safety, and Environment team in regard to accidents, etc.

• Medical/ surgical campaign for the Foundation

• Planning, coordinating, organization, execution

• These will be non-profit campaigns, but need to be organized with optimal costing (this includes potential procurement of materials in advance from one of our procurement offices in India, China, Zambia or other)

• Should have 15+ years of experience in handling Transmission Line Projects and substation projects.
• Project Head is responsible for end-to-end execution of one or more specific projects at a given time. This includes handling all technical, financial and commercial aspects of the project from the time the contract is signed until the point that the project is completed and handed over to the client.
• Take responsibility and ownership for executing the project end-to-end and for delivery of project on time with good quality.
• Ensure that drawings are obtained from design team. Review and approve drawings prior to submission to client and monitor and review all rework and resubmissions until final approval is obtained.
• Ensure resource mobilization for the project at various stages, as required.
• Present project status updates to the management team during management review meetings
• Conduct weekly review meetings with site team.
• Ensure that site team and workmen are motivated and engaged.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Location: Central Africa

•             Flexible and accountable team player with the ability to communicate on various levels with the Client / Management and to lead a Team.

•             A 2-3-year technical training program completion (ITI or Diploma). Additional completion of a 3 Year apprenticeship, is strongly preferred. 

•             5-10 years of hands-on experience is required working on electrical generator systems including HMI.
