• Strategic Responsibility Providing strategic leadership to the Company to deliver on its mandate as stipulated by the Board of Directors
• Developing and strengthening networks and partnership with Intermediaries, Clients and other channels of business
• Promoting Company’s image and developing a good working relationship with employees, all stakeholders and partners
• Leading and overseeing formulation, implementation and review of the Strategic Plan & the business plan and reporting to the Board on the progress of the same
• Liaises with the Chair of the Board to enable the Board to fulfil its governance functions and facilitates the optimum performance by the Board, its committees and individual Board members

• Operational Responsibilities Ensuring continuous achievement of the Company’s financial (Premium, Loss Ratios, Investment Incomes) and operating goals and objectives while ensuring continuous improvement in the quality and value of services provided by the Company
• Ensuring that the Company’s on management expenses are within the authorized annual budget
• Assessing the principal risks of the Company and ensuring that these risks are monitored and managed
• Ensuring effective internal controls and management information systems are in place for effective performance
• Ensuring that the Company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility
• Ensuring the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Leading by example and encouraging all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws and the Company’s standards and policies

Solar Project Manager - Central Africa
Solar Project Manager
Education : BE / B. Tech - Electrical Engineering + MBA
Experience: 08+ years
Age Limit: 35 years (Maximum)
Language: French / Swahili
• Improving marketing and business development of all scales of clients and developing the solar portfolio
• Successfully develop a strong portfolio of projects with the team and have a clear pipeline of projects for the following year
• Must have Africa experience (this is to have a better understanding on how to make sales in an upcoming market + to understand on-ground challenges that come up + how beneficial solar can be in this environment)
• Must have solar industry experience (mandatory that the majority of this candidate’s career should have been in the solar sector)
• Must specifically have experience managing, winning/marketing, and commissioning a range of differently scaled solar projects (e.g. below 200kW till at least 5MW, if not more)
• Must have sound technical knowledge and experience with solar energy projects and Market survey
• Manage/lead the solar division and also part of the marketing team (focusing on marketing and getting orders for the solar division)
• Should have marketing/business development/sales experience relating to solar projects
• Candidate should have experience working during a start-up phase and in a medium-large setup as well (this will allow him to understand and have experience in our current set up phase and also be able to grow and develop with a larger vision)
• Design projects, prepare BOQs, etc
• Clear proposal for different NGOs and govt. should be developed which can be presented further preparing a bi-monthly presentation for management
• A government proposal should be in the discussion for solar farms or other larger-scale projects
• Annual Maintenance Contracts and other additional services/add-ons should be clearly planned and included under services offered

Job Description:
He will work as Turbine Control Operator and will be part of
Power Plant team
He must be well experienced to operate high Pressure steam
driven Power Plants and their trouble shooting
He should be healthy, willing to work in team spirit and
having good communication skills in English/Hindi
Internally we will give him training to work in our DCS
System so as to make him multi skilled.
Externally. will provide Coaching for learning Local/French
Language
He should be from Sulphuric acid industry, well experienced
in steam turbine operation and with basic knowledge of DCS System of acid
plants
We should prefer Sulphuric acid Industries with
Co-generation facilities having at least 2.0 MW steam extraction cum Condensing
turbines otherwise Power Plants of min 4/5 MW having steam extraction cum
condensing turbines.
