Brief Job Description:

·         Oversee, manage & direct construction projects from beginning to end

·         Review & monitor the project in depth

·         Ensure scheduler of all the deliverable

·         Budget planning and cost estimation

·         Track site inventory

·         Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

·         Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging one

·         Monitor & guide compliance with building & safety regulation

HEAD OF FINANCE

This position reports to: CEO

Direct Reports: Finance Manager, Project accountant & Management Accountant Finance Team

Job purpose:

The purpose of the job is to ensure profit maximization and proper estimation of total financial requirements utilization of funds and ensuring the company is compliant with tax regulations

Key duties and responsibilities

•             Lead preparation of company budget and ensure funds are allocated accordingly

•             Monitor of company’s budget and ensure fund are well allocated

•             Lead and ensure funds are allocated correctly

•             Manage and review the cash flow projection report so as to ensure proper planning of daily activities

•             Lead the preparation of financial reports and ensure they are submitted to the management within the required period

•             Ensure accurate and timely submission of all statutory deductions such as; NHIF, NSSF, payee

•             Answer any financial related queries to the external auditor

•             Oversee intercompany loan transactions

•             Manage all finance related records and ensure safe-keeping of the same
