Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Metallurgy)
Duties & Responsibilities
Development of Design Basis
Basic Engineering – PFD , P&ID, Mass Balance , Energy Balance , Equipment list, Equipment sizing, Utility flow diagram and list
Detailed Engineering – Process specifications sheets , Line list , layout review , review of instrument list & instrument specifications in line with Process requirement , Preparation of operation manual and process trouble shooting
Technical co-ordination with client
Supervision of installation and commissioning of Plant from process point of view
Key member role in New development of products
International codes and standards understanding is added advantage
Other duties as deemed appropriate
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Metallurgy)
Experience 5-7 years in mining, metals, recycling treatment of non-ferrous metals.
Experience in hydrometallurgy operations are added advantage.
Ability to travel frequently with a full unrestricted passport, Travelling might be more than 40% internationally and domestic at client site.
Small team management experience
The ability to engage with and build strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record in project handling.
Demonstrable creativity in solving customer problems
