Job Profile:

Specific Requirements:

Prepare metrics on progress of validation, extraction, first of year and resource time allocation.

Increase efficiency and accuracy by identifying and implementing right data extraction and manipulation tools. Build and Adopt standardized process in collaboration of other offices.

Align priority with HS Analyst team

Motivate, coach and develop extraction and validation team leads.

This person will also be a member of the content leadership team and the kt_content teams.

Experience

Prior work experience of managing team of 100 or more with process driven functions for a period of at least 3 years is mandatory.

Experience with Resource planning and workload management

Experience with Business/Knowledge Process Outsourcing is huge plus

Preferred experience in International Trade or related industry.
