Job Description

•             Reported to the Managing Director & responsible for the entire fund flow management and budgeting for the company.

•             Additional charge of commercial activities in project management team for procurement, Project management, negotiations, resolving contractual and commercial issues.

•             Directed financial management functions including development of monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets.

•             Oversee general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, Merchandise Planning & Inventory Control, Human Resources, Project management. and cash management. Administer all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications.

•             Successfully handled the procurement department (local and international) and saved considerable amounts in negotiations to reduce the project costing.

•             Undertaken physical site audits to identify and recommend corrective actions in the areas of concern.

•             Managed a team of 10 people ensured the work have to be completed in a timely manner and a good quality report issued.

•             Responsible for Company Taxation. Filing monthly returns (i.e. TVA, Employee returns and tax thereon INPP, INSS. IPR, ONEM) filing yearly tax return as per OHADA and IFRS reporting standards.

•             Project planning with architects and consultants, tighten integration of operating departments meet project timelines

Requirements
