Solar renewable energy company specializing in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) of renewable energy projects.

Position Overview: Seeks a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial for managing the civil engineering aspects of our solar projects, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all civil engineering activities related to solar projects, from design to construction.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Contribute to the development of new project proposals.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Manage a team of civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors (as needed).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

Performance Measurement:

Success will be measured by project profitability, cost savings, revenue generation, project completion rates, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Team: This position reports to the Project Manager and is part of the project management team. The role may involve managing a team of civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles.
• Deep understanding of solar project design principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, DS SolidWorks, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
