(Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) of renewable energy projects.
Position Overview: Seeks a highly motivated and
experienced Civil Engineer Executive to join our growing team. This role is
crucial for managing the civil engineering aspects of our solar projects,
ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent
communication abilities, and a proven track record in project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage
and oversee all civil engineering activities related to solar projects,
from design to construction.
- Ensure
projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to
specifications.
- Collaborate
with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other
stakeholders.
- Review
and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Conduct
site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Identify
and resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Contribute
to the development of new project proposals.
- Implement
process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Manage
a team of civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors (as needed).
- Ensure
compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Performance Measurement:
Success will be measured by project profitability, cost
savings, revenue generation, project completion rates, customer satisfaction,
and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Team: This position reports to the Project Manager
and is part of the project management team. The role may involve managing a
team of civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong
knowledge of civil engineering principles.
- Deep
understanding of solar project design principles.
- Proficiency
in relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, DS SolidWorks, SketchUp, etc.).
