Investor & Bank Coordinator/Interface

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Funding
·
Keeping track of the status of each request we
need to raise for.
·
Support with all presentations required and
chasing to get information ready from the teams on the ground.
·
Support with quarterly update on all data to be
sent to investors as per contractual requirements.
·
Keeping track of all Cp’s and Cs’s with all
funders.
·
Keeping database of all signed contract and
coordinating with Legal department with that regard
·
Eventually will be able to discuss with funders
directly as the portfolio grows.
DRC banking etc
·
Support with all local banks with operations and
new lines and chase the different companies for information when required
·
Meeting banks in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi to
create and maintain the relationship
·
Monitor all turnover, export licence, instalment
payment, etc.
·
Support with all daily issues companies may have
with the banks
·
Keep track of the different obligations of the
companies with the banks under the various credit facilities.
·
Develop successful relationship with all the
banks
·
Improve the relationships of the different
companies of the Group with the banks
·
Support the Group in achieving their commitment
with the banks
·
Identifying restructuring opportunities within
the pool of credit facilities that we have in the group
·
Managing to extract more value out of the banks
·
Improve the type of facilities we are having
with the banks
The position needs the following attributes in the initial
period.
·
Based I Congo / Lubumbashi with frequent travels
to Kinshasa.
·
Being a relationship person that connects easily
with people they don’t know
·
Have a critical mind.
·
Being able to be efficient in planning,
coordinate, and complete a broad range of tasks
·
Being able to communicate and get information
from the different people across the organisation
