We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Finishing Manager to take full ownership of the internal and finishing stages of major construction projects, including high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. We are hiring for a Deputy Manager – Process Design for a leading mining and mineral company based in Central Africa. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in process engineering and design activities for mineral processing plants, including expertise in process selection, equipment sizing, and inter-disciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process designs and basic engineering deliverables for mineral processing plants.

• Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), design basis, and process descriptions.

• Perform mass and water balance calculations, equipment sizing, and selection.

• Provide process inputs for plant layout and CAPEX/OPEX estimation.

• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams for multidisciplinary integration.
