General Manager – Cosmetics Industry (Manufacturing)
📍 Location: Central Africa
🏭 Industry: Beverages (Cosmetics Manufacturing Unit)
We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager to lead our new cosmetics manufacturing facility in the Central Africa The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of factory management experience within the cosmetics industry and a proven track record in operations, team leadership, and production excellence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
➡️Oversee factory operations: production, procurement, maintenance, and quality.
➡️Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and output.
➡️Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance.
➡️Ensure safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
➡️Coordinate across departments and engage with suppliers and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements :
➡️10+ years in Cosmetics Manufacturing
➡️Strong knowledge of factory operations, production tools, and machinery
➡️Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
➡️Language skills in French, Lingala, or Swahili are a plus
➡️Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
