Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Executive to oversee and optimize the operations of our non-alcoholic soft drink storage, FMCG and distribution facilities in Central Africa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse procedures, and logistics within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, accurate record-keeping, and timely dispatch of our beverage products to meet market demands.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all activities within the assigned storage facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to track stock levels, minimize losses, and ensure product availability.
Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and any discrepancies, utilizing relevant software and systems.
Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are organized, clean, and maintained in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to storage and distribution efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to understand demand forecasts and ensure adequate product availability.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies related to warehousing & handling of goods.
Prepare & present regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or storekeeping, preferably within the beverage or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Proven experience in managing inventory, implementing stock control procedures, and optimizing warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
