Senior Site Finishing Manager

Location: Central Africa

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Finishing Manager to take full ownership of the internal and finishing stages of major construction projects, including high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for ensuring all units are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting strict client specifications and readiness for handover.

## Key Responsibilities

• Trade Coordination: Supervise and coordinate multiple finishing trades, including joinery, painting, tiling, plastering, and M&E fit-out.

• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections and implement quality control procedures to ensure all work meets design intent and industry standards.

• Snagging & Handover: Manage the full snagging and de-snagging process, identifying defects early and working with contractors to resolve them before final client sign-off.

Position Objective

The Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hydrometallurgical plant operations, ensuring production targets are met through rigorous process monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource planning. The role focuses on optimizing metal recovery, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring seamless coordination between maintenance and production teams.

1. Plant Operations & Production Planning

• Manage day-to-day plant operations to ensure continuous and efficient processing.
• Develop and execute daily and monthly production plans to meet organizational targets.
• Oversee Raw Material (RM) planning and inventory management to prevent operational downtime.

Job Overview

We are hiring for a Deputy Manager – Process Design for a leading mining and mineral company based in Central Africa. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in process engineering and design activities for mineral processing plants, including expertise in process selection, equipment sizing, and inter-disciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process designs and basic engineering deliverables for mineral processing plants.

• Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), design basis, and process descriptions.

• Perform mass and water balance calculations, equipment sizing, and selection.

• Provide process inputs for plant layout and CAPEX/OPEX estimation.

• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams for multidisciplinary integration.

• Interface with OEMs, licensors, and test-work agencies during design development.

• Support technical bid evaluations, feasibility studies, and commissioning activities.
