Job description:

Visiting all the areas and ensure that security guards are performing their security duties as per the shift roster.

Conduct day and night patrolling in the entire areas of the plant as per the patrolling schedule given by the Manager Security.

Maintain law and order in the area of jurisdiction.

Ensure proper gate management i.e. entry and exit of staff, employee’s workers and materials, visitors inside the plant.

Provide security to all employees and staff of the plant.

Look out for any suspicious person moving inside the plant or residential areas.

Write security reports of any incident or accident and submit to the Manager Security.

Brief all the security guards properly for the security duties.

Inform all concerned officers in case of fire incident anywhere in the plant and try to control and contain the fire till the arrival of Fire Safety Team.

Ensure no theft and labor problem occurs in the plant.

Report any miss-happening in the plant immediately to the Manger Security.

Surprise checking of security guards during day and night hours.
