Job Description
·
Candidate must have experience from
Mining or Mineral Processing Plant or Oil/Gas
·
Leveraging extensive experience in
health, safety, and environmental management to ensure regulatory compliance,
minimize risks, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
·
Proven track record in leading and
managing HSE teams.
·
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations,
standards, and best practices.
·
Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and leadership skills. English and French is a must. Swahili is
plus.
·
Ability to work under pressure and
make sound decisions in critical situations.
·
HSE Management system implementation
and improvement
·
HSE Risk Monitoring and management
·
Language: English, French and Swahili
