Techno-Commercial Executive / Sr. Executive

Job Summary:
In this exciting new role, you will play a pivotal role in
establishing and growing out client water treatment and purification business
in the Central Africa. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from
generating leads and converting them into sales to installation and after-sales
service. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise in water
treatment (especially RO systems) and proven sales and customer service
experience.
Responsibilities:
- Generate
leads and build a strong sales pipeline for RO water treatment units.
- Manage
all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Perform
and oversee installations of RO units, ensuring quality and customer
satisfaction.
- Provide
exceptional after-sales service, including addressing customer inquiries,
scheduling maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and
distributors.
- Streamline
installation and service processes for improved efficiency.
- Train
and mentor future team members as the business expands.
Qualifications:
- 3-5
years of experience in the RO water treatment industry, with a proven
track record of sales success.
- Strong
understanding of water treatment and purification systems, particularly RO
technology.
- Experience
in after-sales service, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and
customer support.
- Proven
ability to generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve revenue
targets.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The
ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and
colleagues.
- Self-motivated,
results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical
aptitude for installation and troubleshooting water treatment systems.
- A
degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental) or a
related technical field is preferred, with additional qualifications in
Sales or Business Development a plus.
- Experience
working in Africa (French-speaking or Kenyan background preferred).
- Fluency
in French and/or Swahili is a strong asset.
- Ideal
