Job Description &
Responsibilities:
- Support in setting up and managing a technical team of software developers
- Coordination with in-house clients (e.g. marketing, sales) and project owners as well as end customers.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality standards for service deliveries
- Planning and managing resources to ensure effective usage.
- Responsible to take improvement initiatives by proposing solution
- Single Point of Contact for any technical and organizational queries concerning software projects or routine operations.
- Assist team members to understand strengths and areas for development on each assignment/Projects.
- Managing and carrying out testing for concerning projects
- Reporting to and communicating project progress to concerning project owners
- Should be able to implement & governance of IT policies and procedures.
- Support day to day IT helpdesk Operations.
- Having hands on experience of Asset management (software/ hardware/ consumables/accessories)
