Corporate AI & Digital Skills Trainer
Location: Central Africa
Position overview
We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to upskill our internal teams on AI, data, and digital tools. The trainer will design and deliver practical, hands‑on sessions for staff across different departments.
Key responsibilities
Design and deliver corporate training programs on 50+ AI tools, Microsoft AI tools, and Microsoft Copilot for business users.
Conduct interactive training on MS Office, Advanced Excel, Python, Power BI, data analysis, and digital marketing concepts.
Create structured training content, including presentations, exercises, assessments, and real‑time case studies tailored to Central Africa operations.
Assess participants’ skill levels, track progress, and provide feedback and additional support where needed.
Stay updated on the latest AI and digital trends and continuously improve the training curriculum.
Required skills and experience
2–7 years of experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar AI / IT / digital skills training role.
Strong, in‑depth knowledge of multiple AI tools, Microsoft AI ecosystem, Python, Advanced Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and digital marketing.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
Proven experience conducting in‑person and/or virtual trainings for corporate staff.
Mandatory requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong AI–IT presentation and classroom management skills.
