About the Role
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations for the team in Togo and serve as the main point of contact between the local office and the HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of HR or administration experience, strong coordination abilities, and skills in managing both local and expatriate staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily attendance and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
Coordinate with the India-based HR team for payroll inputs, employee reports, and HR updates.
Support expatriate staff with documentation, compliance, and local needs.
Address employee queries and grievances, providing necessary support and solutions.
Oversee and facilitate local recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance activities.
Organize training sessions and employee engagement events as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years’ experience in HR or administration.
Proficiency in English and French or relevant local language.
Strong knowledge of fundamental HR processes and employee relations.
Experience managing both local (~40 employees) and expatriate (~15 employees) teams.
Excellent communication skills, well-organized, approachable, and proactive in solving day-to-day HR issues.
