Key tasks and accountabilities are intended to be a guide to
the range and level of work expected of the post holder. This is not an
exhaustive list of all tasks that may fall to the post holder and employees
will be expected to carry out such other reasonable duties which may be
required from time to time.
Expatriates on Boarding, Induction & Recording Keeping:
1. Induction program & Overview Joining Formalities
& Document collection of new joiners
2.
Personnel file maintenance & Adrenalin maintenance (HRMS)
Facility & Accommodation Management
1. Maintenance of Accommodation - Expat & National
2. Water System, Health & Hygiene, TV, Visitior, Guest -
Stay & transport arrangements
Cost efficient approach in regard to Waste of Food, Makala
& Rooms items & Upkeeping of Accommodation MIS.
Housing & Food Costing
1. Meal Rate calculation for each Kitchen on Monthly basis
2. Housing cost on monthly basis (Cleaning Material | Room
items | Maintenance)"
3. Fumigation & Sewerage - Fumigation on weekly basis at
accommodation, Canteen, Kitchen & Plant Offices and Grass Cutting
National – Payroll (Sub-Contractor)
1. Calculate incentives
2. Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month
using biometric attendance software
3. Calculate employee work hours, benefits and deductions.
4. Preparing payroll reports in coordination with electronic
attendance & approved Fich from HODs.
5. Responding to employee questions about compensation,
taxes, benefits, and deductions.
6. Coordinate with HR team, HODs & Sub-contractors about
changes in payroll (terminations, new hires)
7. Update data with salary or wage adjustments & Produce
reports to Manager-HR & Admin upon request
8. Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant
industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
National Joining & Separation (Sub-Contractor)
1. Collect approved MRF & coordinate with
Sub-Contractors for the manpower supply
2. Salary & Grade fixation in Master Sheet as per the
approved scale confirmed by Manager-HR & Admin
3. PPE coordination & Separation formalities with FFS
& recovery of company items
General Administration
1. Leave Management
2. HR MIS Report & Record Maintenance
3. Travel & Booking management, Local Allowance &
Expat Leave Notification
4. Transportation within the Plant & outside
5. Airport Protocol - Flight confirmation & Immigration
Coordination | Fleet Administration – Piage | Go-Pass | Sortie Retour
6. Separation formalities and F&F
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline
Professional Qualification PGDBM / Hospitality Management
Work Experience 8 – 12 Years in large scale industries /
manufacturing/mining / heavy industries
Technical Competencies Communication skills | Analytical
skills | Discretion & Ethical Approach | Relationship Building | Problem
Solving | Good presentation skills | HRMS & Microsoft Office understanding
Behavioral Competencies Excellent Interpersonal Skills,
Diplomatic and negotiation skills, Ability to work with personnel of all
levels, Numerical & Budgeting Skills.
