Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager
/ Brand Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand
presence across all branches.
The ideal candidate will have a good command on French but
more importantly be responsible for developing and executing marketing
campaigns, analyzing market trends, and frequently traveling between branches
to ensure consistent brand representation and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
Design and implement marketing campaigns that align with the
company’s objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive
messaging and branding across all channels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Market Analysis and Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, monitor
competitor activities, and understand customer preferences.
Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and identify
opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Develop strategies to expand market reach and enhance
customer engagement.
Brand Identity Management:
Ensure consistent application of the company’s corporate
logo, colors, and brand guidelines across all branches and marketing materials.
Oversee the standardization of stationery and corporate
communications to maintain brand coherence.
Digital and Media Oversight:
Lead the media team in developing and executing engaging
social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage the creation and maintenance of the company’s
website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s image and offers a user-friendly
experience.
Promotional Activities:
Plan and coordinate the ordering and distribution of
corporate gifts for festivals, client giveaways, and other promotional events.
Organize and oversee events and sponsorship opportunities to
promote the brand and engage with the community.
Inter-Branch Coordination:
Frequently travel between branches to ensure consistent
brand representation and operational alignment.
Foster strong relationships with branch managers and teams
to facilitate effective communication and implementation of marketing
strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or
a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or brand
management, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful
marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and
collaborating across departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into
actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and
customer engagement.
Language Skills: Fluency in French is mandatory, including
excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills. Experience working in
Francophone markets is preferred.
Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to frequently
travel between company branches as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and best
practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
