Branch Manager – Cable Sales

Role Overview:
The Branch Manager – Cable Sales will be responsible for overseeing all sales and operational activities of the regional office in Central Africa. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cable sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate degree required; preference for candidates with relevant technical or business qualifications.
8–15 years of experience in cable sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of the cables industry and regional market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Willingness to relocate to or work in Central Africa.
