Job Description:
Candidate must have experience in Mess facility or Camp facality.
Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation.
Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance
with menus. (Breakfast Lunch Dinner)
Ensure food should be presented, preparation and service
must up to par in the kitchen.
Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management.
Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items and
kitchen tools.
Hands-on experience in Indian, Chinese, Baking and Grilling
(Veg. and Non Veg) cuisine is preferred.
Report to the Administration Manager.
Perform above tasks + Train Local House Helps.
Kitchen should be well equipped and maintained.
For candidates without the relevant qualifications, must
have an experience in handling Indian Cuisine Culinary.
Required Skill(s): Indian Cuisine Culinary
Required Knowledge of various cooking procedures and
methods.
Ability to work in a team
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in
Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Ability to perform under pressure.
Ability to multi-task.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools
well.
Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time, handle
extreme heat and work shifts.
Should have a Calm Demeanor while working around local
helps.
Should respect all religions, creed and colors.
Should be an honest man.
Should be willing to teach others.
Age – 25 to 35
Education – Read & Write English. Spoken English will be
a good advantage.
