Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
· To enhance HR Process and HR Documentation department.
Role and Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Coordinate for all the Recruitment and On boarding Process, including preparation and initiation of employment contracts
· Coordinate with the Recruitment team and Visa process with Excel Source office and sending a daily report to all the Business Heads / HODs & HR
· Ensure the New recruitment Tracker is maintained and adhered
· Single handled ensure all the Training Data is updated in the systems and training feedbacks forms are filled properly and recorded in the system.
· Coordinate over the mails for all the Training Sessions with the Concerned department and HODs
· Updating the HRMS Systems and Employee based records.
· Prepare Various HR reports as assigned time to time including Weekly and Monthly reports.
· Coordination for the PMS Data during the Annual Appraisal and ensuring all the data is filled.
· Create a dashboard for various HR reports across the group companies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
MBA (Preferred)/ Graduate
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of HRMIS
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS office
Self – motivator and self-driven
