Education: MBA OR MLW
Experience: 7 to 10 Years , He must have experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Unit. Presently he must be at Senior Level position.
Ensure timely recruitment, selection and training employees.
Handling all IT (hardware and AMC) related issues by coordinating with the software provider and implementing any upgrades or new modules as required.
Attendance management system monitor
Payroll Creation and Updation
Monitor/Perform the daily Tasks assigned by Director
Implement and update the training calendar
Leave Balance Management
Resignation formalities along with all settlement of Full and Final dues
Maintaining Personnel files of all employees
HR Policies Make and implement
Termination and Resignation formalities
Full and Final
Motivational activities like employee of the month, employee of the year
Medical Checkup for employees
Support in CSR activities planned by management from time to time
Prepare annual budget for HR Schedule expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Ensure that the company is in compliance of all HR related legal requirements.
Ensure payments are made as per legal requirement
Submit MIS Reports
End to end co-ordination for campus recruitments
Grievances handling and disciplinary management
Maintaining Personnel files, Salary Files, Legal Files
Correspond with consultant/external agencies
Implement new suggestions
Bank Account opening for all new employees
