Job Description

Candidates must have from construction / real estate background*

Must have experience in tendering & BOQ preparation for construction company*

Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, Overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills*

Should have capacity to run projects independently

In depth Knowledge of construction methodologies and construction management & Projects execution

Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently.

Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget*

Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.

Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.

To assist renovation works (as and when required at site).

Checking contractor's bill for additional work.

Ensure proper housekeeping, HSE and safety security in the project area.

Communication with head office (GM) regarding implementation works*

Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan*

Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.

Enough experience on Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding etc*

Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments.

Proficiency in using relevant software applications such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project Management tools.

SCM - BIVAC PFI

·         Bivac proforma invoice to consignee for bivac code

·         Obtain sales order sheet from Feebo; send to purchase dept.

·         On receipt of Bivac code updating in system & TI Master.

·         Preparing bivac with the sales order provided by purchase dept.

·         Send bivac annexure to purchase for HS Code wherever required.

SCM - BL/ AWB Draft

·         Get the BL/AWB checked and do the necessary correction if required.

·         Once all required process is completed, get the original BL/AWB generated from forwarder shipping line

·         Prepare BL/AWB draft based on export documents.

SCM - FERI

·         Generating Feri application manually and sent to concerned agency.

·         Get the Feri no and same updated in BL. After receipt of original BL sent to concerned agency and receive the original Feri certificate.

SCM - Final BL/ AWB

·         Upon receiving of original BL; prepare the post shipment documents

SCM - CRF

·         Prepare the CRF documents after receipt of export documents

SCM - Pre Alert:

·         Inform consignee and notify party for shipments by sending pre-alerts to them and to solve their queries if any.

SCM - RFID Data Associate:

·         After completion of the factory stuffing container relevant data submit to custom

SCM - MIS Reports for BIVAC/ Logistic:

·         Prepare and circulate Logistic MIS reports

To maintain the inward register for tracking of spares and send daily report to all users.

To forward all documents of received spares along with consignment like duplicate for transport to excise department and invoices to account department.

To Co-ordinate with concern departments for clearing the GRN.

To prepare the delivery challan and gate pass for returnable and non-returnable gate pass.

To monitor issue of capital, spare and consumable material on basis of reservation.

JOB PURPOSE

•             Primary role: Installation: HVAC technicians install various heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to building specifications, blueprints, and manufacturer instructions. This includes furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems.

•             Maintenance: Regular maintenance is crucial to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems. Technicians perform routine inspections, cleaning, and tune-ups to prevent breakdowns, optimize performance, and extend the lifespan of equipment.

•             Maintenance tasks may include replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and testing system controls.

•             Repair: When HVAC systems malfunction or fail, technicians diagnose the problem and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality. This may involve troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration issues, repairing or replacing faulty components, and ensuring proper system operation.

•             Testing and Calibration: HVAC technicians conduct various tests and measurements to assess system performance and efficiency. They may use specialized tools and equipment to test airflow, temperature, pressure, and humidity levels, and make adjustments as needed to optimize system performance.
